Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Build the digital marketing road map for all 3 brands of CTSI (AOI/Ampath and Citizens)
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, Retention Marketing and others) to ensure brand consistency
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Oversee the social media platforms
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Forecast revenue performance trends and act proactively to increase the market segment
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Maintain and mentor the digital marketing team
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
  • Develop digital marketing strategy by studying trend indicators, tracking changes on digital platforms, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, marketing automation for lead nurturing, app store optimisation and display advertising campaigns for lead generation in association with the internal team and an appointed Digital Marketing Agency
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Agency to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Develop digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintaining the KPIs of the Digital vertical
